I dont think RAW is so strong .It was a sucide bombing and i dont think RAW is so capable of doing that. well..killing of innocent people must be condemn at all level. whoever did it will pay someday .

RAW has done many worst attacks then this one, why are you insisting that RAW is not capable of doing anything, only because it is fed by the "peaceful & calm" India.
