What were they thinking… that their miracle bullets will some how enter the car and kill Gilani?? And to add insult to considerable injury (no pun), Gilani was not even in the car at that time. Actually if you use the right gun, a bullet proof car isn't much use. You need a 0.50 calibre or 12.7mm sniper rifle .....

What I feel of seeing every responsibility being taken by alqaeda and such lot, is that maybe they just want to be in the news like our lollywood heroines

As per GEO,,, the motorcade was attacked while it was going towards the airport to pick PM. However it also took the same route back after picking up the PM.
This apparently shows the false drama. As its against any security book ( bluebook in Pakistan) to use the same route after the attack.
And really, on one side , taliban and Alqaeda are so strong to do 9/11 and major attacks on Mush ( pindi bombings) and several other bombings. and this time they only manage to pinch two small wounds on bullet proof window.

agree with you. also geo was reporting that previously there have been shots fired from the same place, some at the directions of some VIP person's relative's house and it was found to be gun testing or something!
i think its waste of time to try to kill our PM. should have used these resources for zardari

I dont think that someone really tried to kill him cuz
first of all some idiot will try to kill a high security person jus with a gun. Everyone knows that political people have bullet proof cars if he was entering the car that was another thing but the car was on the go.
2- It was a high security area where the shots were fired.
3- He wasn't even in the car. If someone really wanted to kill him then they wouldv'e got the exact location and proper equipment not just a gun.
I think ppp is trying to get sympathy again or if someone did tried to kill him then he is just wasting time gilaani is just puppet.
