I don't know if he gives the right to his wife or not..................but you don't get babies by only sleeping with your wife. Its Allah's dain. Look at the people who don't get any children after all the years they spent with their partner not only that they pray for children and they go for all the possible medical ways just for having children..................but it is the Will of Allah.
