We have already seen American intelligence at its best in Iraq vis a vis WMD’s, a whole war was launched thousands killed and after that it was like…sorry intelligence failure!!!

That was not intelligence failure. CIA knew exactly that Iraq did not have WMDs. They just wanted to create an excuse.
