the standoff still continues…i hope that the sharp shooters shoot him through the window as seen in one of the pictures. that will be a good riddance.

If this guy is an ISIS guy,then he would have secured some form of training and he will not give himself in so fast.His training manuals would be including how not to expose himself to a sniper.
