As much pain as this news has been for the entire stock of fans, I whole-heartedly agree with the above. This decisive and prompt action taken by PCB is definitely a step in the right direction, a thumbs-up from all angles and a recognition in itself. Sooner rather than later seems to be the policy of the brand-new PCB Chairman, and it is bound to pay dividends in the near future.
Always look for long-term investments. Short-term and temporary assignments serve no purpose and value to the team, to the nation, and to that of any major and minor item excluding the above two categories.
I don't know whether to laugh or cry. This guy is just waiting for someone to either get injured or be shot dead before his chamcha-giri runs amok. I have lost count of the number of times we have been unable to move one day forward without the need for Sami in the team, one way or the other.
