I don’t know if this ever happened to you but when I was little and in pakistan, normally I would eat one or two rotis alone but when there were cousins over and we were eating rotis out of one plate, both would end up eating 7-8 each 
So may be we can start with 3 parathas each but then keep eating them until we are full
Yep, nothing bad happened (weekend, no work, no stress) and I am all caught up on my sleep, so no more cranky mood and no more mood swings
