Oh wait, we did an experiment on this when we were in I don’t know what grade

Take the match, stuck it in the lemon wedge so that is stands up. Put the lemon in the middle of the place. Light the match and then put the glass on the match and cover it. Oxygen will create a vaccume and the water will be sucked in into the glass when you have the match covered.
