I have used blackberry bold and that was good, I have Iphone 3GS and it is ok. I have used N97 and it was ok... one phone that beats all of them in every department is Nokia N86 8MP.
It is my latest phone.

iphone's touch screen is awesome
its touch sensitive, not pressing touch thingy
and its designed ni such a way a person dont need to use stylus, u can use it with ur thumbs and fingers
