Totally agree with this! I’ve also seen several brides that have traditional bridal joras with heavy kaam…and then a matching bouquet. It really looks OTT. In my opinion bouquets work well in western looks b/c their outfits are MUCH simples and the bright flowers give their look a “pop” since their outfits are generally white/beige. With desi bridal joras that’re traditionally already bright to begin with (red, purples, blues etc)…IMO the bouquets don’t really add much UNLESS its a outfit with simple kaam with relatively neutral colors.
If a desi bride wants to hold one…she really needs to consider whether or not the bouquet actually adds something to her look…rather than it just being one more “bling” for her to hold.
