Bottom Line in this unfortunate country

Re: Bottom Line in this unfortunate country

How?

Re: Bottom Line in this unfortunate country

Only way forward is new social , political and regional contract
Just possible with the spirit of 18th amendment

Re: Bottom Line in this unfortunate country

A lot of us still trust the process, brother. But if the corrupt ones do not wise up and diversify their portfolio to include giving back to the people, people will find someone who is ex-mob and knows how to get them their shares. We can call him messiah, revolutionary, a threat to the system, and any other description.

I find it more believable coming from the people, than to hear the alleged corrupt convicts complain about the system because of what I mentioned before. Their survival depends on a transparent system, and hopefully sooner rather than later.

Re: Bottom Line in this unfortunate country

In present days , IK alone can do it for us , all parties will support him
A NRO for all with new social , political and regional contract

Re: Bottom Line in this unfortunate country

Another NRO is not the solution. Try it, and it's like flicking another match at the tinder box; it might just catch fire.

Re: Bottom Line in this unfortunate country

I am confused brother..
Ik is not corrupt.. I know for sure..

But he has no solutions..

It's not only about corruptions.. There is a process which must be respected.

You need a degree of intelligence and vision also..

Politics is all about achieving goals.. No just agitating..

Re: Bottom Line in this unfortunate country

Yes, politics is knowing how to extract the most from a hopeless situation. If the person doing the politicking is honest, then all that is achieved from that negotiation might benefit the people in one way or another. And you're right, it is about achieving goals.

It's sort of like getting someone to quit a habit; you have to know how far to press to start the weaning process, because only very few can quit cold turkey. It usually takes a lot to wean off an addiction; in this case the lust for power, and all the ills associated with it.

Re: Bottom Line in this unfortunate country

NRO is necessary for every one , even IK is liable to worst sentence under the prevailing law .
NRO is necessary for people enjoying MARTIAL LAWN , NRO is necessary for 99 % of bureaucracy
NRO is even necessary for all alive , retired even died middle and upper class people .

Re: Bottom Line in this unfortunate country

I have seen only two politicians active still and honest , One is Raza Rabbani and other is Ch Nisar , Do you know anyone else ?

Re: Bottom Line in this unfortunate country

Like I said, NRO is not the solution. But you have your opinion, and I have mine. I say it is not the solution, because it didn’t work too well the last time and Pakistan has now been served by a convict and associates for 5 long years, and Pakistan is currently still in service by a lot of the beneficiaries of the same NRO.

You can try to be all cute about it by insert links to an otherwise serious discussion, but I do not think NRO is the solution no matter who’s pushing for it.

Re: Bottom Line in this unfortunate country

It is not correct , I also know for sure

Re: Bottom Line in this unfortunate country

I had the honour of being in the company of both IK and SS.. Both have very low IQ level.. And I could manipulate both in a very short and basic discussion.. I can tell you both listen tomme and I find SS more proactive..

The problem is.. They lack vision..

Both have huge pubic backing..

Mostly they like to be surrounded by low IQ self praising people.. They are totally detached from reality..

Re: Bottom Line in this unfortunate country

AP . I know him too well.. Don't challenge that..

Re: Bottom Line in this unfortunate country

That right there!

If I/You have the opportunity to be in the company of both again, I would do all I can to ensure they find themselves a better inner circle; that would be a service to the nation and a manipulation of honor.

Re: Bottom Line in this unfortunate country

I knew him also very well , so I am saying , I never insist if I m not sure
better pm

Re: Bottom Line in this unfortunate country

AP.. I know him much better than you.. He made some stupid mistakes when he invested SKMH funds with a fraud guy from Dubai against the board resolutions.. But I know for sure he never benefitted from those transactions.. He is just stupid..

Re: Bottom Line in this unfortunate country

I don't trust these reports , there is much other . Better leave this , you can PM me or even discuss on telephone . This is not proper forum and time to discuss now . You have started good thread . Have you seen the link I posted ?

Re: Bottom Line in this unfortunate country

Seems like you are not just depressed, but getting increasingly desperate as well. Drug problem? How low can you stoop, honestly? And, no I don't know you nor I am remotely obliged to trust any random person on the internet forum without any proof whatsoever. To me this is nothing but absolutely disgraceful gossipmongering and lame character assassination by opposition. I am actually surprised they haven't managed do with Imran what they did to Benezir Bhutto, i.e publish some lewd photoshoped pictures. Maybe because he's a man or maybe they're working on it. Watch this space, I guess.

As with rest of the blub, I'm not here to confront anyone's depression or to provide any remedy for it, but for those who aren't depressed and still have their sanity intact - hope is a lethel weapon! Often, hope is the only difference between achieving something so big and losing everything you have. For hopeless followers of blood sucking status quo, hope is one dangerous thing that could summon passion, interest and purpose for change in the masses - and this is exactly they fear, and fortunately this is exactly what is happening in Pakistan right now. Galvanisation of youth, women, upper /middle class and aspiring working class to fight for the betterment of the system. It's wonderful and it's democratic. The global community have experienced it in all in their own home turf, and those are great tales of courage from the past that now grace their history books and shape the aspiration of their future generation. But while we are at it, this is the same global community that took the piss of your country by running reports that bunch of rag tags have almost secured access to your nukes. This is the same global community that supporters dictators in your country. This is the same global community that called the founding father of your country a radical loony and egoistical maniac. Learn something from the Scots and don't give a crap about global community - and put your house in order.

To dear readers: Remember the racists in America ran a systematic campaign against Civil Rights leaders for defaming (more like exposing) all free and equal America in front of the world at the time of the Cold War. They thought blacks were the real enemy of the great American state because of them Russia was laughing at their racist order. Yes, nothing wrong with America having a racist order in the first place, blacks were wrong for fighting racist inequalities and economic slavery. And how dare the world glanced over it? The racists did everything possible to demonise and trivialis the civil rights movement, they asked the Civil Right leaders to wait for the Cold War to finish and then resume their fight for equality (the Cold was officially over in 1991- imagine if the blacks have waited till then?). But when the Civil Rights didn't pay heed to racists' blackmailing, they started painting Civil Rights as womanisers, communists, terrorists, gang leaders, drug dealers, drug abuser etc. But as the history is our witness, none of that worked to hamper the movement. The blacks were still committed to their cause for equality, the fight for their rights came first, then the media scrutiny of their leaders' private lives.

I find ludicrous that those who moan and accuse others of having messiah complex are actually the ones who have proved that they'll either only support proven criminals or wait for saintly messiah to physically descend from heavens. Just wish such people all the best in finding their God sent messiahs, while you go with a person who you think represent your ideas. Remember it is the small minds that discuss people.
