Americans didnt create Christmas.

Sarah - Jesus brought about a lot of good and taught and said great things...if someone in the midst of all teh lights and presents remebers his true and holy teachings and examples then isn;t that wonderful..He didn't come to teach any specific group of people..His teachings are for all

again, go tell that to the fundoo christian right winger in america. Like I said, respect is a two way street. I heard some evangelists call muhammad (saw) everything from pedophile to a murderer. And you expect me to respect these fools and their prophet.

get a new haircut and spend hours styling it..........like me! well not hours but minutes.

What do most of your comments have to do with the original poster's concern?

Seriously folks.

Read books, do some activities - skiing, skating, snow boarding, tabogganing, shopping - go site seeing to new areas if you can.

I can relate to the boredom feeling. We live in NYC and have an almost 3 yo daughter. It's almost impossible to take her out, especially weekends. The sidewalks are so crowded with Holiday shoppers and it's been freezing..getting colder by the day. She has playdates 2 days a week. On other days I usually do the playdo, legos, painting, coloring and videos stuff with her.

I think when you're a stay-at-home-mom, cleaning, cooking and dishwashing take up enough time. So reading and listening to music are a luxury. But if you're single, you can go to the gym, try a new hairstyle, do a facial, pedicure, manicure, redecorate your house/room, keep a daily journal, watch a movie, take up an art or craft project, help old ladies cross the street. The possibilities are endless.

^ Saima, consider yourself blessed that you have such a lifestyle. Many can't afford it.
