i think sasha cohen is a bigot! i would not mind htmovie borat in of itself, but in light of sasha cohen's history its impossible to not see the anti-semitism (and i mean against muslims)
ofcourse lord forbit if this were a muslim man mocking jews all over the world. I think its so disturbing that he is able to get away with it, specially since he himself is jewish and alot of the people promoting him most likely had very harsh words for the movie "passion of the christ" which i recall awathcin did not in any way suggest that all jewsih ppl are malicious. it merely played out history!
i think he is a bigot and i am surprised he can just go on mocking muslims, in these times and we are okay with it. Its not about hte villagers ...its about muslims in general! he also plays this character ALI G. I can understand making fund of certain personalities.... making fun of vialgers and thuggy ghetto types..but i what i dont understand is why he feels he can or should mock muslim villagers, and muslim thuggy sorts. Ali G. and borat!
He is such a bigot, very much like that other guy....whats his name..funny man who is just disgusting....howard stern ..ick1 i have no respect for srtists like that...who exploit other ppl and the fct that in society we are generally decent enough not to sink to cetain lows. These guys both of them, as liberal as they both claim to be ...and as willing as they are to talk bout sex, and other perversions of our society they are very close-minded about jewish issues and ither things that effect them. Very eager to play on other ppls flaws and mock them...but not so much thier own. I can not respect them!!! they are not creative, they are just doing what others are too polite not to do. Its like how using the wods **** and f*** doesnt make u a great orator, being racist and bigoted, also doesnt make u a creative or insightful artist...it only makes you cheap enough to have sunk down to levels others would have been a bit more humane, ethical and even open-minded enough not to sink down to.
i am boycotting this movie for that reason alone. no need to beat him up, its a free market, just dont wtch a the junk...and call it what it is...junk, and call sasha cohen what he is....a bigot!
if it were the other way around if it were a muslim/ christian person mocking a jewish guy...we wouldnt be calling it anything other then bigotry and racism! and anti-semitism!
