I remember during my college time gals use to bring micro pharass (booti)with them..

well I also not aware of this booti word, until few years back I heard a news on geo tv that one college in lahore promoting this practice and then I figured out that it was related to naqal.

It seems after hearing ‘Naqal ke liye aqal ke zaroorat hai’, everyone wants to prove his / her aqalmandi by doing naqal (copy)?

Many areas of Pakistan are facing this threat of making next generations who are qualified (having degrees) but not skill and capabilities.

Whats your view on this?

How about the people who consider it doing naqal their right and whenever some strict actions are taken they feel unka paidaishi haq chheen liya gaya hai?

Booty is not possible without teachers. First they prepare micro notes and guess papers. Then they are being hired by Ameer Maa Baap for their bigRi aulaad on the day of examination, where they got examination paper from Exam Hall and solve it completely and made available to students. In some cases, a teacher dictates the solutions to the students too.
