If you do an inquiry (144 SEC report) to get the names of Google employees who have made $100,000 or more in stock sales since the IPO, the names you get include the following, out of 100 or more:

All are South Indians. There is a similar number of North Indians too. Seems to me that if you make multiple hundreds of thousands of $$ in a single stock scale, you are likely to be doing something better than sweeping the floor. Maybe it’s just me

u certainly have a point, and i dont deny that south Indians make big money in SV. And they r much much better off then us Pakistanis.

But i was just making a point that in silicon valley, Americans do work hard, and they r more creative than Indians or anyone else. An Indian or chupta can do development work and make money, but how many r being creative with business? You come up with Google.com idea, buy thousands of cheap machines, hire Indian and chupta devs, and there u have a billion dollar venture.

In my dictionary creativity is important than working long and hard.
