My urdu is not good and i want to read these books so much....
sometimes i think of starting a business of translating such fabulous books in roman urdu...
but will that kind of change of script will damage urdu language?

ninja ji, i'm not in favor of publishing urdu books in roman-urdu
there is no spelling standard, atleast i dont know any, everyone writes their own way, pronunciation is impossible, loses meaning, harms the actual script by discouraging people from learning to read/write urdu script when they have roman urdu available
