If I can only say one thing, that violence begets violence. Hatred begets hatred. Attacks on mosques fuels more attacks on mosques. Incitement and bold edictals of others' annihilation will only bring them back to you on your doorsteps. If you consider yourself to be a true Muslim. Only ask for 'hidayat' for everyone. Only Allah can heal the hearts, by turning towards Him
Refrain from further fueling this cycle by casting or supporting destruction of the others. It hasn't worked and certainly will not - it's only leading to catastrophe..
So we just sit back and pray that God heals their hearts???
Let there be more attacks. I think another 10-20 terrorist attacks with over 500 dead should be enough to reach a tipping point in Pakistan where public opinion turns against these terrorists.
Public will have to stand up for once and all. A clear vote from public is a must now. A biggest-ever rally in the history of Pakistan to tell that the peaceful millions refuse to be held hostage by a few thousand terrorists. It's time to think beyond political divides. It's time to think only of Pakistan.
And a mullah supporter doesn't have to be a terrorist supporter.
What is ur Definition of Mullah, Someone who Kidnaps Citizens, Harrases Foreigner legally present in Pak, Challanges the Govt, Steals weapons out of Police hands...if Yes then Mullah Supporter== Terrorist Supporter
There is so much of this crap going on that the term Mullah, which might have been used with respect at one point, is now used for terrorists.
I'd refrain at this point from saying you're a mullah supporter - might just get people confused. I'd recommend you call yourself a true-muslim supporter, or true religious scholar supporter.
These attacks are getting sad. What is the follow up on this? Did it take place in Kant, Karachi, or some other Kant?
i agree punjabi ,sindhi is another issue ..first deal with the suiside bombers yai story nah hi shurru hoo tou achaa hai.Pakistan ka pailai kiya bacha hai:( fanatic Molvis.
It's not us againt them. It's only us. Unfortunately, and rightly so, there are no political solutions to the problems rooted in misinterpretations, oppression, and revenge. The evil must be turned off with good and patience, and reaching out by conveying the message of Islam to others, and forthmost Muslims, how our dear Prophet (PBUH) did. There's just no other way in my opinion.

No that is not the definition of "Mullah" in any dictionary in the world.

I'd say if someone uses term Mullah or Jihad in bad meanings then we muslims should clarify their wrong perception of these words, but we muslims ourselves are using these good words for every bad person and their bad actions.
I hate conspiracy theories..but still my mind wonders, Are the enemy country of Pakistan taking advantage of the situation and are behind some of the latest wave of voilence?
Back in the day when such situations occur people imediatly thought of India...

America and India could be using some misguided souls to attack the Chinese, sure.
The average Pakistani is busy fighting with the electricity company to stop charging for electricity when the lights have gone out, working to pay for their air conditioning so they avoid heat stroke, and busy buying a jora that will make all the other girls in the biradari green with jealousy.
You think these people have time to fight against these sorts of mullahs?
These mullahs, on the other hand, have all the time in the world. They don't do anything for a living and get fed by others! The mosque is their home, or some benefactor pays for their stuff. Or its Arab money. Whatever the case is, they have all the time in the world to spread their bakhwaas.
And when you have an honest maulvi who tries to preach good things, he gets killed. I know there was this really nice revered maulvi that was killed some years ago in Karachi, as an example.
Where are those people that said a mosque is sacred and should never have been attacked, even though there were terrorists there with all kinds of weapons? Why are they silent and not condeming this act?

Thank you for pointing this out. This is why I think the jehadi culture will continue to torment us for generations until we can reform the Madarrsaah institutions. We have crop after crop of young, practically abandoned children who live their entire lives within the confines of their madarrssahs. Apart from a few exceptions, most Madarassahs dont' prepare them to be useful in any role outside of the Madarassahs, so they continue to stay engaged in indoctrination of the next generation of Mullahs, while having little to no knowledge how the society outside of the Madarrassah works.
The situation keeps getting worse because isolation from the real world further reinforces their prejudices, and they grow in their hatred of everything that is not familiar to them. A Chinese message center appears to be a whore-house, burqa-less women appear to challenging God, and all the outside world appears to be hostile to what they consider as Islam. But worry not, they dont' need to work for a living. There are plenty of donations pouring in from all parts of the country, not to mention the Almighty Saudi Arabia. Female madarrassahs are also there with an ample supply of wives to continue their Madarassah based life. These people really have established a society within the Pakistani society, and are now fighting for its expansion.

Right on!!! Whenever a bomb balsts I call Pakistan, call my cousins in Lahore.. and hear:"Oh Hina! life is good, everything is going normal don't worry about us. Is ther any way you can send us some stuff from Victoria Secret?"Call my childhood freinds in Peshawar, the mood is a little somber..they do admit to being scared but in the next breath want to discuss if I have seen the latest Bollywood flick...I haven't, for God sake the last Indian movie I watched was when I had no say what was played on the TV.
I would love to hear from young people who are currently in college and universities in Pakistan, what is the mood on campus like?
