I think Salman looked soooooooo cute when he was younger, so did Aamir…they were so adorable..SRK on the other hand looked like a fluffy puppy (his hair), and looks good now.

The women…i think biggest transformation was Karisma Kapoor…I still remember her before Manish Malhotra entered the scene!

Ash looked better before..Kareena looks good now…though I liked her in Refugee as well…

I couldn’t see the difference before either.. It looks good tho.. natural-looking..
