I always thought Bipasha and Rani were horrific without makeup.
Kareena is actually pretty without it.
The others all look alright.

My mother always keeps on saying that ok fine they might not look just as good without makeup as they do with makeup but the makeup doesn't chance their features it only enhances them blah blah...??? and even yesterday when i was looking at this thread we had debate on this i was like lighting, air brushing, makeup and good camera work does bring about whole lot of change...
