MiamisX (your nick is toooooooooooooooooooooo long ), try marinating with crushed red pepper flakes, garlic, oil, vinegar, tenderizer, black pepper…put everything in blender and soak the strips in the marinade for a few hours.

Regarding shwarma, you need a special rotating thingie over a flaming thingie for that. Don’t think you can achieve the results at home.

One tip do not put those strips in the blender when you are blending all that concoction Niki is telling you. Instead of gyro strips you will end up with gyro soup.
