Sara, if you would like to get into blush but aren’t sure where to start and which colours to start with, i would suggest using a cream blush in a soft pinky / neutral shade.
Cream blush gives a very natural, sheer tint to the cheeks and blends in very well. You will have no worries about it looking unnatural
