Doosra bluetooth enabled phone check kiya? Nahi. Check karo, agar woh bhi nah detect hotaa tou matlub laptop key bluetooth main koi masla hai. Either the bluetooth device on the laptop is beyond being fiddled with (ruined), or the bluetooth signal/sensor wires are shorted at some point.
But you won’t know if it is the laptop acting up until you ask someone to borrow you another bluetooth phone.
