umm, the tendency for O+ people to have gastric ulcers is a news to me..but no, they can donate blo0d to anybody but cannot recieve blo0d from anybody..they need to recieve O+ blo0d only…no other blood group

its O- who can donate to any other group and not O+. O+ can have either O+ or O-
