I agree with the others - its not normal and she should be seen by a pediatric Gastroenterologist.
My eldest and youngest both had/have similar problems. The youngest had pretty mild constipation/gastroparesis (where the intestines operate too slowly) so all he needed was extra fiber in his diet. At first, he needed Benefiber but once that got things moving along, we switched to occasional prune juice and all has been fine.
The eldest at 8 years old still has GI issues and needs benefiber every day along with lots of water to maintain hydration. When he gets constipated, he does not eat and we go on a downward spiral. Its been a long battle!
There are occasions when a little one goes thru a few days of weak appetite and so may not have a daily movement. But typically, they should go once a day and it should be squishy and soft.
