i dont see how bleach makes the hairs longer? because in order for that to happen, you need to actually remove the hairs for them to grow back longer? and bleach only dyes them blonder....at least thats what i thought......
anyways, i wouldn't exactly say its good for you,the chemicals can be really harsh on the skin.
