To Islamists "infidels" are what "ubermenschen" were to Nazis. In part of Kashmir Islamists just a few days ago ordered a "final solution" to the "Ahmadiya (or as they say, Qadani) problem."
Yes, feeding people is part of the agenda of the civilized world. Given the havoc the Taliban wreaked on the Afghan economy, it is clear they have no interest in feeding people.
