My station is reporting that a group of 4 Indians came from Afghanistan (most likely Jalalabad) from an Indian consulate. They were trained in the RSS training camps just outside of Mumbai. They were also given satellite phones and Indian RAW agents sitting in Jalalabad were giving out strict orders.
