Not everybody in China eats these things, theres always a few rotten apples in every country last week i saw an american crime show where some thug ate pickled ears from victims he'd killed.
Guandong province is home to many muslim relatives of mine and they would vouch for the fact that these dodgy resturaunts are often run by crooks anyway. Don't let these Sickos stain Chinese culture, it has nothing to do with culture it's just perverse food fetishes for some wierd-sicko's.
Most Chinese hate these things just as much as anyone. If youre going to tell me that things like this are serverd up as a regular thing then you've just been watching too much propaganda, most Chinese do not indulge in these sick foods.
There are many who eat animals in a cruel or perverse manner but there are far more that do not. Times are changingsoon these blots will be a rarity only found in mental assylums.

Man you guys need to visit Guandong province and just see what it's really like it's like paradise on earth theres plenty to eat besides animals, practically every other tree bears fruit, theres no need for this sort of behavior.

Faris, you got it all wrong. No one is making fun of Chinese culture or even Chinese food. In fact, if Paki people love any food outside their own, that is Chinese.
Bizzare food eating traditions are everywhere and as you could see, remainder of the posters are not even talking about Chinese food, but mentioning Sea Food and stuff.

Oh one more thing, biting chicken head off the body was as cruel of a way to kill the animal as using snake. This method was very common and might still be common in some part of western world farmlands.

Well I doubt getting your head chopped off is painless but God has designated ways to kill and eat animals that is the most sanitary and healthy for us but animals do feel pain. I don't think I'd judge other cultures because there is also a huge movement that says that Halal or Kosher way of killing is more cruel because we do not want to stun the animal. Killing another living thing is painful and cruel but it is the way nature works.

Halal and kosher was is the most humane way, that can be applied in any age or time or part of the world. What if you were living in some remote part of the world where no electricity is available. What would be the most humane way of killing animal then? That is exactly what Halal way is
