My son did that around few months ago too, like the PP said a loud No won’t work because it’s more of a game for them & their testing their boundaries.
Right now my son who is 19mnths has stopped biting me but has started slapping me & throwing random toys at me.

At the start i used to pretend to cry n show him im hurt by his actions, now I just do wat I did before, distracting him by changing places or start playing a game like peek a boo or tickling him.

Yes I distract her but the thing is she stops at tht time but repeat it later.

You should say no, so they understand this is not ok. Then follow by distracting.

15mo are old enough for discipline. And they certainly should understand words by now!
