i am also suffering from a short cervix, and started dilating from 20 weeks and had the docs scare me inside out saying i would give birth prematurely before 34 weeks!!

i was advised bed rest as well, but my instincts told me to carry on as normal and believe I’d get to full term. of course i’d take things easy and not carry anything heavy and make sure i’d give myself a break often esp at work.

and now i am almost 37 weeks now alhamdolilah.

as for me, i’m in bed all time. i hardly get up or do any work.
i am really scared, and want the baby to arrive safely.
