I did not experience any pain in my delivery. I had a c section. I was given general anaesthesia. In operation theatre while I was just telling the nurse to go easy with oxygen mask I was knocked out completely. Last thing I saw was the operation theatre lights. When i woke up I couldn’t open my eyes , had no control on my head couldn’t lift it and was being told that I had a baby girl. Nurses was telling me how cute she is and that they didn’t have to make her cry. She was immediately rushed to NICU. I saw my daughter the next day and was able to hold her after a week.
Just to see my daughter I used to walk up and down 1 floor every day and had to walk quite a bit to reach from my room to NICU and NICU To my room. It made my recovery faster because within 24 hours I was up and walking. Next week I even went to my office to do some documentation.
My delivery has been one of the smoothest , no pain at all and even after the c section i didn’t experience pain in my stitches Thank God.
