His action does look suspect but it seems that if you are an off-spinner and bowling well, it is only a matter of time before your action is called into Q. If I am not wrong, no leg-spinner has been reported for suspect action yet by the umpires.

they all try to ball doosra teesra and whatnot… no one was called suspect when they used to bowl normal. from jim laker to mohammd nazir junior

leg spinner bowl full round arm action …so no issue there.
