This is so full of ethnic hatred man! Once the Biharis are in Pakistan they can live anywhere they want. If they feel North Nazimabad is more like "back home", then it is rather cruel to stop them from moving.

Punjab had allocated resources to even those who came in 1950s and it is quite possible to settle them in Punjab now.

This is what us - the janta- have been told/would like to believe while the "senate/national assembly" reality is very different.
