For Butter Chicken you need to bake the chicken on skewers, and then add baked bonesless chicken to your masalaa mixture.

Secondly, you need to add heavy cream, for the dish to have a plenty of, somewhat dense, gravy.

That’s right. Butter chicken is made with chicken cooked as tandoori chicken. Very useful if you’ve had a dinner party the night before and you still have a lot of tandoori chicken left over but dont wanna eat the same stuff.

I have yet to see a desi party, where there is a lot of tandoori chicken left over.

hey give the guy some credit, he can cook better than me! I tried making the butter chicken and ended up calling whatever it turned out, malaysian spicy curry hehe thats the only way to make my brothers eat it.
