Re: Bhutto succession will split the party, says tribe leader
You're telling me in another thread that these elections are being rigged, which they probably are, so I disagree my fairminded friend. We do NOT have the choice to NOT vote for PPP if we think its corrupt. The PPP knows this, and asked Amrika uncle if it could get Benazir in the kursi so it could rape the country once more and build a couple more dozen mansions across western europe. I mean, Sherry Rehman probably has had her eye on Paris for some time now.
Secondly, if we're entering the final phase INTO democracy, clearly we're not IN democracy yet. You can't enter INTO something when you're already IN it. So, the country is not yet fully democratic, the president is not a moron and knows he's running a dictatorship. Maybe he feels its a user-friendly dictatorship, and a people-friendly dictatorship, and certainly the country saw much worse with Zia's dictatorship. I do feel the Musharraf needs to play his cards well right now - he keeps making more mistakes like he is, and he's going to be outed in no time and then say hello to General Kiani.
I do agree with you that Pakistani politics is one big mess and a cancer in today's world.
I dont know what youre trying to say but rigging electiosn means the PML[Q lota league], which is Musharraf's king party will win. I dont know how you thought of the notion that rigging would mean the PPP would win? Had BB become the PM, Musharraf would have kissed his dhoti goodbye.
