Re: Bhai Log
The masses may accept it, but after Khuda Ke Liye, Bol, Slackistan, Hell's Ground and such movies, I think even the masses might be expecting more.
What's Hell's Ground ?

Re: Bhai Log
Zibakhana - Hell's Ground.
A horror flick that came out some years ago.
Re: Bhai Log
O I remember. I bought the DVD after reading rave reviews but turned out to be really bad, at least from my standards.

Re: Bhai Log
Bhai Log having difficult time finding good cinemas:
Re: Bhai Log
my sister wanted to see it but it was already off all cinemas near isloo
Re: Bhai Log
It's a shame.
I guess it is time to build more cinemas or produce better movies otherwise Pakistani movies will keep facing these problems.
Re: Bhai Log
Saw this. Well intentioned film but the screenwriting is more apt for a rural setting than an urban metropolis. Karachi politics is grittier and dictated by murderous dons as opposed to wise-gangsters-with-a-good-heart. Music was bad but sequences were rather well shot. Actresses got no scope and it all seemed very 80s. Had to walk out half way because it was all very idiotic though they got a lot of things right.

Confusing review.
Anyway, what about LMG and Jugni ?
Re: Bhai Log
Well it seems Bhai Logh beat LMG and Jugni at the box office with LMG at a close second position. Interesting to note that Bhai Logh attracted gangs of male youth to the single screen cinemas whilst LMG was attracting families to the multiplexes where incidentally Bolly flick Bodyguard was given more slots.
Jugni was declared a flop.
