I know this may sound a bit weird but you can buy these (cheap) in bulk and send them to Pakistan. Ask ppl to donate at least 4-5 dollars a band. Pakis will definitely buy 'em. I guess at the end the collection of funds is what matters. The more money for funds the better it is.
