MS equivalent to MPhil(with thesis) will benefit you only if you want to adopt teaching as career. LUMS is best option if you can afford their fees and charges.
If you want to adopt software engineering as career or get a leading role in software development industry then do SPM from FAST. You are required to have 2 or 3 years’ software development experience from any software house. once you have required experience you can apply for Software Project Mangement (equivalent to MS not MPhil) in FAST.
