it depends on what u want, i mean if u want it for dandruf, greasy hair, dry hair etc
I use Artex Textureline Shampoo and their Conditioner as well. It's the best thing for my hair. Smells so good, it's good for normal hair, and there are absolutely no tangles or very little hair breakage afterwards.
I used Textureline for quite a while with great success. I am currently using Bain De Terre's Jasmine line of Moisturizing Shampoo smells exquisite! Matrix's Amplify line is another favorite because I love having hair with a lot of movement!
My suggestions is for you NOT to use drug store products (Pantene Pro V, Herbal Essence, Suave VO5, Pert Plus, Dove etc). They contain chemicals that are not gentle on your hair. Use salon products and shampoos. They are pricier but well worth it!. First choose a brand (there are tons listed here but Matrix is a good one to start with). Then decide what you are looking to accomplish with your hair care; be it dry hair that needs moisture, frizzled hair that needs repair, limp hair that needs volume, or any variety of things. Find the corresponding regimen in the line and give it a shot! Make sure you choose a product that is sutiable for your hair type, especially if you have color treated hair.
Make sure you shampoo AND condition every time you wash your hair. Also try tp do a hair masque or deep conditioner at least once a week or every other week.

I really want to try the pricier stuff now =( i've heard Nexxus (sold in drugstore but still a lil pricey), biolage, frederic fekkai, oscar blandi, anybody tried these?
