kaam hotaa hai magar log baarii baarii kaam karte haiN...9 people in the family hide in heavy comforters while one person does the chores and they take turns! :D

i'm sitting in the kitchen with oven door open which is ON at 200 degrees! :) comfy here! :)

I don't live in London. There are a couple of restaurants on Green Street (it is something with green) lots of desi restaurants and shops. The particular one we went to had the name start with Lahore. We called them ahead of time and they even made us fresh pooris at like 2pm.

Lahori Baba, 78 Green Street, London - Fast Food Takeaway near Forest Gate Rail Station

Apparently they open at 11 AM, which is too late for breakfast.

There is/was a Lahore Kebab House on Upton Lane in Forest Gate. Closest station would be Forest Gate or Upton Park (which is further away) I believe.. Don't hold me to it though.

Green Street which is not too far from Bethnal Green has many restaurants to choose from. Cannot give you a place that serves breakfast, as it has been quite a while since I have been there. Nearest tube station would be Upton Park.

Aldgate area (Commercial St), not too far away from Bethnal Green also has some wonderful restaurants. If I find something, I will post it ..

Thanks ninjamummy. Much appreciated. I have found a lot of restaurants in the Green Street area through Google that would have been a good fit. However most of them don't seem to serve breakfast. So if you could find out something locally that would be brilliant.

Try Nagina restaurant on ilford lane. Best paye nashta I had! even better than Lahore!!! :yummy:

Finally a concrete suggestion. :yummy: Thanks Sohaib. What time does it open? They don’t have a website, but from what I’ve seen they seem to open at 11 AM.

And according to Google Maps it takes an hour to get there from Bethnal Green. :bummer:

A Coz who resides there, said Naginas is wonderful. Again it is much further away from Bethnal Green. No one could recommend any places in the Aldgate/Whitechapel area.

Ok. So one of the two Naashtas will be at Nagina's then. :)

Is it possible to reserve a table there? We will be 8, so I don't want to run into a space issue.
