I use EVCO once or twice a week to deep condition my hair if its been through a lot during the week or just because. It helps a lot.
For hair growth..........not sure. But I have heard castor oil helps.
I think the best thing is to take any oil and actually massage your scalp with it. You can't just put it on and expect it to work...you have to get the actual blood circulation going.

i think diet plays a big role in hair health

I've picked up the ingredients but haven't tried it yet. A friend did and she said that it makes a difference for sure.......

I got it from a health food store.
It might be available at Whole Foods as well.
I've heard that you can order it online too.

I think you need to run a test first. Like use each oil for twice a week each, and assess by the end of the week the effects. Keep them all i.e. almond, olive, coconut and neem oil for running the test. By the end of a month you can fairly tell.

you surely can. Even one wash can tell you. If you cant tell, repeat it. But from what I have felt, almost every oil does the same. Necessary nourishment and finesse. Not sure how far they help for the fall out.
