i will get married in few months iA at the age of 25 and my fiance is 27

if i consider kids, i would say we are late because i think a couple should enjoy a couple of years together before having a family. i will now not have the luxury of waiting few years before planning a family. i always liked the fact that my mum was able to have her own time when she was in her 40s since all the kids were grown up and did not need 100% attention. she has been able to start working on her business full time and enjoy socializing. i will be probably over 45 when my first kid turns 18.(if everything goes well iA)

another reason why i think it is better for girls to marry by the age of 21 to 23 is because the mindset is ready for some flexibility. as we grow, we become independent day by day and dont see the need or necessity of a partner..which can mean less willing to compromise.

Personally I think people should marry because they want to, not because they need to.. As for being flexible I think a the realistic word is ‘submissive’.. Under 23ish won’t most girls be dependent on family? Funny how that’s considered the ‘best’ age to marry..

Mothers don’t need to wait for kids to become grown up to go back to work either.. Will kids not be going to school for several hours a day? I don’t see any difficulty in working at least part-time.. Many mothers (inc my own) managed it just fine..
