I don’t think wearing high heels or wearing makeup is beysharam.
Baysharam are those girls who like to sit with every single man and flirt with them. Who would pass some sort of a sexual remark toward another man i mean literally talking to them - etc]
beysharam are those who show a lot of skin 
but in the end truth is I am beysharam in alot of things…
I have no sharam in telling some of my relatives to back home 
i have no sharam in telling few of my friends to shut the hell up
i have no sharam raising my voice in front of men - which is a huge crime in many muslim countires or sorry in all of them 
does that make me baysharam
then yes i am beysharam
