I’m using Shaan and it tells you to use flour for the thickness but I only have Besan :(. I’m making it with boneless lol. Customized Nihari. People still really enjoy though if I do say so myself. But seriously does anyone know if I’ll ruin it with besan?

oh ok…use corn starch instead. besan flour is only good as a batter. good luck. plz do post the pic of your nihaarii when it’s ready.
