Silly question but I’m my familiar with Pakisani foods to much…I was making Nihari and just realized I don’t flour. Can I use besan instead?

flour in Nihaarii? never heard of that. i don’t think flour is used in Nihaarii. the stickiness in the shorbaa comes from the bones. all three different kinds of bones.
