Angel Eyes I heard from an old aunt that people drink okra juice due to its antioxidents and nutrients???.. a bit like drinking kerela jice- bitter gourd juice Ive been told has similar nutrients!!!

I’m wondering…what would bhindis taste like just raw and maybe with ranch dressing for dipping sauce? Has anyone tried them raw? They sound like the ideal thing for my son to be eating…if only I could get hm to eat them somehow!

will taste too bitter. okra tastes good in gumbos/soups though…you may want to try that.
