BTW, if the surgery was done property, and the nanny kept up with all the maintenance (hormone injections etc.)…then it’s not a surprise that the husband couldn’t tell. A skilled surgeon can do amazing things to your body.
My husband has a co-worker who did this. Born a man, went through COMPLETE change (surgical, homones, legal name change etc.) after she graduated from med school. But she’s open about it. I guess b/c in her case, the “change” took place after she became established in her career…it was difficult for her to hide it. I’ve met her several times at various department and house parties. I’ve even seen pictures of her in a 2-piece bikini. She looks gorgeous! If my husband didn’t tell me her background, I would’ve never even imagined that she was born a man.

Yes, the article specifically says that the “wife” had surgery before she entered Belgium. So that means externally, she has all the same body parts as a biological woman (boobs, vagin* etc.). The consummation between them wouldn’t be any different that other heterosexual couples.
And almost all transexual people take hormonoes to get rid of other gender specific charateristics. So in this case, the wife probably took it so she wouldn’t grow a beard, appear more feminine overall etc.

I looked up in google and just saw a video of a surgery of a man to a woman ! :o the end looked so real.
anyway I have heard that its easier for a man to become a woman down there as the other way around.

Is it haraam for a man to stare at the breasts of a transgendered individual who was born male but underwent surgery later in life to “become” female?
