about 10-14 days for me. it was only bad the few days i took it in the morning (because i forget to take 1 at night one day), i was feeling nauseous and kinda like when i'm starting my period - tired and bleeeh. taking it at night was much better and the side-effects were there but much milder. it's just your body adjusting :)
