Threw a guy during training. I had my fingers inside his belt, couldn't get them out in time and as he landed on the ground one of my finger got twisted,and fractured.
ohhh thts so bad...but y were u doin so???well anyways i got the same problem...hmm 6 months back...i got my finger fractured, operated...had a rod stuck in it for 4 weeks n then...the doc took it out again...n now its working..:D
