i dont get qabz and i dont get dastt.. (any more) but the one time i've written above.. was the worst among all!
i had chicken pox, yellow fever (joyindice) i had 106 fever, i've had fractures, car crashes, burnt, and whole laundry list of things, but u know what.. pain in the tooth and qabz.. these two are the most 'moozi' among all ..

it was an medicinal reaction from a medicine i was on from a week before (dry coughs) and doc forgot to mention that out of the whole army of foods available, i shouldnt take the medicine with two things COMBINED (milk+banana) and it JUST HAPPEND TO BE MY BAD LUCK THAT i was using THAT particular combo @ gym activities 
after going back to the doc, (trying all “home remedies”) wink to stalker she wrote me something and told me to take 2 days off work .. told me to make sure i’m lying down near a bathroom at all times, and nobody is using that bathroom..
basically, medicine flushes (sorry for the pun) ur entire intestines, backwards. and takes about 18 hrs to clean ur tummy..
very painful experience, i’m pretty sure i made everyone laugh later on though 
but i remember it took me about 3 weeks to fully-recover my energy and weight..
btw, this proved jamal-gota’s effectiveness wrong
